ReproducibiliTea Galway journal club In-Person / Online

If you’re interested in open research / open science / open scholarship, and you’re not sure where to start, or if you have plenty of experience and you’re willing to share, please join our friendly group. We welcome researchers at all levels for interesting conversations!

Topic: We will be discussing the Research Publishing Policy (QA237), and how everyone at the University of Galway can publish their work openly with appropriate licensing, zero embargo, and zero article processing charges. As the policy applies to all researchers, including students, this session is relevant to everyone at University of Galway (and anyone interested in learning more about rights retention).

The policy: https://library.universityofgalway.ie/about/policies/openaccesstoresearchoutputspolicy/

Guidance: https://library.universityofgalway.ie/research/researchpublishing/

How the Library is proactively helping authors: https://library.universityofgalway.ie/research/researchpublishing/rightsretention/
