Mindfulness for Students In-Person

Mindfulness sessions will be held at the library to help students deal with stress and anxiety leading to exam week. Practicing mindfulness is an essential skill and can benefit you in many ways. It can be a powerful tool to train your brain to be calmer. Please come and join us at this session!
