Drone Flight Training - Required before borrowing drones In-Person

Learn how to fly a small drone safely and legally in Ireland in a brief classroom session. Then, take the MakerSpace drone out for a spin!
This workshop will give you all the confidence you need to borrow the MakerSpace drones and capture beautiful aerial photos and videos. 

Completion of this workshop satisifies part of the pre-booking requirement for borrowing the Library drone. You must also complete the online certification and register as a drone operator.

The below video was shot on the Mavic Mini drone.

The flight portion of this workshop is weather-dependent.
